Prior to joining the environmental services industry, Jeff, who has earned MBA, CFA and CCM credentials in corporate finance, served as senior vice president and managing director of Wachovia's financial services group with an asset portfolio of $3.5 billion, and team leader and vice president of Fleet National Bank ($425 million).
